Welcome to our Airbnb listing! This open concept home offers a comfortable and spacious environment for your stay. With 3 bedrooms and 1 office, it can accommodate a variety of needs. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with a king bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs features a queen bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located down the hallway. There is a full size washer and dryer on the first level for your use as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic necessities for cooking and preparing food. You will find a range of appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. We also provide essential cookware, utensils, and dishes to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. Whether you prefer to whip up a quick meal or indulge in some culinary creations, our kitchen is ready to accommodate your cooking needs. The basement level offers another bedroom with 2 queen beds and an additional full bathroom. This level also includes a wet bar, dining area, gym, and a cozy living area with a TV for your entertainment. If you require extra sleep space, there is an extra queen mattress available that can be placed in the living room. While the upstairs living room and bedrooms do not have TVs, there is an entertainment center downstairs for your enjoyment. Outside, you can enjoy the large backyard with a patio overlooking the surroundings. Please note that the outdoor furniture and grill have been placed in storage for the winter season. For parking, there is space available in the garage for one vehicle, as we have one space taken for our extra car. You may also park in the driveway or use free street parking space. Guests will have access to the entire home. We will be available to help with any questions or concerns throughout your stay. We are just a phone call or text away. No smoking or pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets or smoking during your stay, there will be an extra charge. Our home offers a convenient location with various attractions nearby. If you're looking to visit Lake Michigan, you'll be pleased to know that it's only about a 35-40 minute drive away, depending on which beach you choose to go to. For those interested in exploring downtown Grand Rapids, it's just a short 20-minute drive from our location. There, you can enjoy a vibrant city atmosphere with a range of dining and entertainment options. If you prefer to stay closer to home, our house is less than 10 minutes away from restaurants and larger grocery stores such as Meijer. This makes it convenient for you to access dining options and stock up on any essentials you may need during your stay.
