We are right next to the beaches of Sapê and Maranduba, but if you want to enjoy a day without leaving the condominium, you will find several attractions such as: swimming pool, barbecue area, playground and court. We have a TV with SKY and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals! *Unit available for Purchase* Welcome! The space Our space is very cozy and super functional! You will certainly be surprised by this cozy corner in the midst of nature. We built this space to receive our family and friends, so the accommodation has coziness as its motto. In addition, of course, there is air-conditioning that cools the accommodation as a whole! In the kitchen, you can use our table for meals and/or work. The chairs are padded!! Laundry with tank and basic cleaning products. Less than 1 km from the condominium you can find everything you might need, such as: -market; - Wineries - Drugstore - bars -restaurants, -gas station, -souvenir shops, among others… In addition, of course, to two beautiful beaches less than 300 meters away.
