The kitchen is very well equipped with premium appliances (includes dishwasher, microwave, electric pava, Nespresso coffee maker, Cava, electric oven) and crockery. It also has a laundry sector with laundry and other accessories for your convenience. This apartment is very functional which makes it ideal for long stays and also for home office as it has space to use as a desk and high speed internet. It has two bedrooms with large windows. One with a king size bed and another with a single bed with a single bed or a functional crib according to the guest's preference. Both rooms have blackouts for darkness. If they come with children, let us know since we have it available: bathtub, eating chair and games. The apartment has security networks in the windows and balcony. It has heating through radiant slab. - Cleaning: The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the entrance to the apartment in optimal condition with sheets and towels. Daily or other cleaning is not included daily or otherwise. It leaves 1 set of towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with their pillows and blanket. The extra cleaning service is offered for any time of the stay at an additional cost, with our trained and trusted staff. For stays longer than 7 nights, on a MANDATORY basis, a cleaning will be carried out with replacement of linens in the apartment, the payment of the service will be at the expense of the guest, to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and reliable staff. The day and time will be coordinated after the booking is generated. Usd service fee 10. On monthly stays, on a MANDATORY basis, a refresher cleaning will be carried out in the apartment with white linen replacement. Every 14 nights, the payment of the service will be at the guest's expense, to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trusted staff. The day and time will be coordinated after the booking is generated. Usd service fee 10. - Key disposal: The cost for the apartment or building will cost 50 usd. If a locksmith has to intervene, the guest will also bear the cost.
