Lots of space to feel good in the beautiful Zillertal – in this spacious & quiet apartment. I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 71 m2.! We welcome individuals, multiple people, as well as families of all ages, gender, and of all backgrounds ! House rules & regulations apply to EACH/N in the same way. :) The space FURNISHINGS • 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and spacious wardrobes • 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, double sink [towels, bath towels, toilet paper incl.] • 1 separate toilet • 1 kitchen, fully equipped with dining table and seating, balcony access • The apartment has about 71 m2. SURROUNDINGS & ACCESSIBILITY • The apartment is in Mumm in the Zillertal, away from the village and offers a relaxed, quiet backdrop with magnificent views of both mountain and valley sides of the beautiful Zillertal. • Village center accessible: walk 15 minutes, car 2 minutes • Stumm is located in the middle of the Zillertal and thus offers an ideal location to choose between the numerous beautiful ski resorts in the valley; of which 4 are large • About 5 minutes to one of the best ski resorts: Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal/Hochfügen • About 18 minutes to one of the biggest ski resorts: Mayrhofner cable cars • About 10 minutes: Zell-Zillertal Arena - as well as Ski- & Gletscherwelt Zillertal (3000m) [...] • right in front of the house, the road leads to the bike path, along the Zillers (connection to the village of Kaltenbach, valley station ski resort Hochzillertal) Guest access ACCESS • The owners of the house use the same front door of the house. There is a staircase to the apartment on the 1st floor, with a self-contained front door to the apartment. So their paths will only cross in the entrance/exit of the house. • Guests have access to storage space for ski and sports equipment with heated ski boot dryer. • 1 complete apartment accessible to guests • 1 storage space for ski, sports equipment, etc. with heatable ski boot dryer • Free carport parking available right in front of the house Other things to note ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:! There are certain rules & conditions that you can partially take from the listing or discuss with me. (e.g. quiet hours, cleanliness, etc.)! If you want to bring pets, I ask you to clarify this with me in advance. Not every kind & breed of pets is allowed! Smoking inside is not accepted! Please consider an additional fixed price (see listing) for final cleaning & city tax (€1.50 PER person PER night).
