The city center is quite commercial, but there is a lot of movement during the week and throughout the day. On nights, Saturdays after 12 p.m., Sundays and holidays the streets are usually empty. The building is mixed, that is, it contains residential and commercial activities, the concierge is open 24 hours a day. It is located next to the famous Saara, open Monday to Friday until 6 p.m. and on Saturdays until noon. The nearest beach is Flamengo, about 10 minutes by metro, while Copacabana is 25 minutes by metro.
