Makanas Beach Bungalows is located 100 steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Santa Teresa, and features 4 bungalows and 2 apartments . Enjoy sunsets, ocean sounds, and the jungle in a private setting with nature all around. Each of our rooms comes with AC, a private bathroom, patio space, Wi-Fi and kitchens/kitchenettes equipped with all the cooking essentials! *4x4 transportation recommended due to steep access road* The space Deluxe King Bungalow 2 features a bedroom with a king-sized bed, kitchenette, smart TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, security safe, and a private outdoor patio for lounging. Other things to note We are located towards the end of Santa Teresa in a quieter and more residential neighborhood, with only a few restaurants within walking distance. The area is quite long (12km including the surrounding towns), so we recommend having transportation to best explore. Taxis are available as well, but it's generally better to either have a rental car or ATV to get around at your own pace. If you are interested in an ATV rental, please let us know and we can arrange for one to be delivered to you. Remember that we are in the Costa Rican jungle where bugs and animals live.
