Alternatively explore the surrounding bush land with hiking, mountain bike riding, motorbikes or horse riding. Coongulla is a ideally located in East Gippsland. The space Rustic log cabin, on approx. 200 acres of bush. Property is a hobby farm and has cattle roaming over the whole property. Property is two storey and mezzanine level. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms; 1 room with king bed and 1 room with bunk bed comprised of single / double bed, full bathroom, laundry and living area with pool table. First floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom with bath, kitchen, living area, sitting alcove and balcony with dining setting and bbq. Mezzanine level has day bed and office desk. All rooms have wonderful views of either Lake Glenmaggie or surrounding countryside. Local interests - Lake Glenmaggie, Blores Hill Mountain Bike Track, Gippsland Plains Rail Trail, Newry Pub, Blue Gables Winery, Maffco Brewery, close to numerous wilderness areas, scenic reserves and National Parks. Guest access We will be onsite to unlock the property and answer any questions you might have. There is plenty of space for parking car, bike, boat, jetski, horse float or trailer. Guests will have access to 4 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and all living areas. There are two private spaces that are not available to guests Other things to note Coongulla is a small town with no access to shops. The closest petrol station / supermarket is located in Heyfield, appox. 10 mins away or Maffra, approx. 20 mins away has a Woolworths
