This sunny south facing apartment boasts picturesque views over the nearby estuary, with a lovely balcony where you can relax and indulge in a glass of bubbly and watch the world go by. The space Yawl Sea is a charming sunny south facing two bedroom apartment, centrally located in the prestigious seaside town of Salcombe. The apartment benefits from scenic views over Batson Creek. You can enjoy the views from the airy open plan living area as well as the private balcony which is an ideal spot for enjoying a drink whilst taking in the stunning views. Living space There is a spacious open plan living area which includes a well equipped kitchen with a single oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy your meals, a corner sofa and smart tv and free Wi-Fi . There is a small selection of games and children’s books/toys. The entrance porch provides a useful area to store coats and shoes. From the living space a corridor leads to the master bedroom which provides a comfortable double bed with bedside tables each with two draws. There is a storage shelf and hanging space. The second bedroom provides two single beds with a chest of draws and a hanging shelf. Both bedrooms benefit from estuary views, The shower room provides a spacious walk in shower basin and WC . There is the benefit of an additional WC with basin and washing machine. There is a hanging rail above the washing machine for useful extra storage. The apartment benefits from a south facing balcony where you can take in the views while enjoying a drink on the bistro table provided. Outside Space Yawl Sea at Shadycombe Court benefits from a parking space. There is a permit that is provided for our guests which needs to be displayed in your car windscreen. The apartment is reached via external steps that take you to the second floor. For your convenience there is a lockbox located to the right hand side of the entrance door of No 4 Yawl Sea. Guest access The guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment. There are 4 apartments in the building with number 4 located on the second floor with easy access via an external stair case. The parking is located on the right hand side anywhere by the hedge in Shadycombe Court
