The space PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION GIVEN The water supply is a direct feed from the lake and NOT safe for drinking. We do shower, wash dishes & wash our clothes with the water from the lake. A 5 gallon water dispenser is available to use for drinking and cooking. We will supply the first 5 gallons of water, you will need to purchase additional water if needed during your stay. We are on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper, do not flush wipes or feminine products. The access to the upstairs loft bedroom area is via a pull out staircase. The stairs are steep and not advisable to the children or older adults. please use caution. The Fireplace is NOT for personal use. There is no heat source, but plenty of blankets and space heaters provided. The cottage is on a maintained dirt road, please keep your speed down to 15mph. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, indoor laundry, full kitchen, dining area, sitting & living area, tv with Roku access. 2 box fans and space heaters available if needed. A picnic table and an electric BBQ grill. A dock on the lake and Kayaks available for use. The use of the dock, kayaks, and the lake are at your own risk. Please be respectful of our personal items and our neighbors. No smoking inside the cottage. Guest access You have access to the parking area in front of the garage, which sits across the road of the cottage, please park your car here, DO NOT park in front of the cottage in the grass area. There is a designated pebble pathway to the lake located about 30 feet from the front door and also another path located just outside of the front door. A small dock to use for the kayaks and an area near the shore for watching the sunset. Other things to note There is a pull out staircase in the hallway for guests who will be staying in the upstairs loft. The steps are steep so use caution when going up and down and only use the stairs if you are strong & stable on your feet
