Moore Villa Studio Apartment

A beautiful studio apartment. This studio comes with a large ensuite shower. The kitchen area includes an Air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and mini fridge. Smart TV is included. We also have a 6 x 3 meter wide and 2 Swim Spa available for you to use at a cost of £15 per person per hour. The temperature is around 35 degrees very clean and always well maintained to uk standards. Please note it is in a shared garden with us, but not overlooked by any other person. Other things to note please read house rules 1. Be respectful of neighbours 2. No loud music or parties after 10pm 3. Please switch off unnecessary lighting, heating and water. 4. Do not leave doors or windows open and unlocked 5. Please put all rubbish in the bins 6. Please leave the property as you found it when you came. 7. No smoking inside anywhere 8. Strictly No Drugs Allowed 9. No pets allowed 10 Please respect check in and check out timed. 11. Please take care of keys as if lost keys incur a charge of £10 12 Spa unsuitable for children under the age of 5 13 No unregistered guests allowed 14 Any damaged items will incur charges Think of our environment & planet earth 🌏 SWIM SPA RULES. 1. Swim Spa must be paid for before usage. 2. No refunds are allowed once paid for 3. No Children under the age of 10 are allowed. 4. All children must be supervised. 5. A Maximum of 2 people and 1 child over the age of 10 years are allowed. 6. No person with a medical condition or advised by medical staff not to go into hot tub are allowed. 7. People should consult medical staff before usage. 8. Do not use Swim Spa under the influence of narcotics, alcohol or medication. 9. You must have a shower before going into Swim Spa. 10. Swim Spa open from 4pm to 9pm 11. Enter and exit slowly. 12. No jumping or diving is allowed. 13. Any form of drink or food is not allowed near or in the Swim Spa. 14. You must NOT use soaps or oils in the Spa. 15. Limit your stay and ensure you drink plenty of water. 16. Do not bathe after a heavy meal. 17. Swim Spa is only to used when approved by host.
