This unique accommodation is located within a private community with incredible security and amenities that will make your stay even more pleasant! Living room with balcony overlooking the city and 58" screen. 2 bedrooms with large closets and 2 full bathrooms. The space The accommodation has a full kitchen equipped with utensils, dishes, pans and pots. Plus an air fryer, microwave oven, gas oven, coffee maker, and blender. Above the dining room you will find an LED light lamp that can be operated with a remote control and has the ability to change to different tones and intensities. The living room has a 58" screen on which you have Megacable, Netflix, Paramount Plus, Amazon prime, plus an app called BudTV that has all the live events from around the world. In the main hallway is the linen closet where you will find extra blankets or pillows in case you need them. The bathrooms have shampoo, soap and a dryer in the master bedroom bathroom. The studio has a double sofa bed on which you can relax and read some of the books we have at your disposal, as well as a desk where you can place your laptop. The second bedroom has a 43” screen with access to Netflix and Youtube. A single bed, a double bed, a large closet and a window overlooking the city. The master bedroom features air conditioning, a 50”screen with access to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime, a queen size bed and a huge walk-in closet that connects you to the bathroom. In the laundry area next to the kitchen is a smart and easy-to-use washer-dryer, as well as cleaning supplies and a sink. Guest access You'll have access to common areas, a pet park, a swimming pool, a playroom, a movie theater, and a gym. Other things to note The accommodation has a prime location just one block from one of the most important avenues in all of Guadalajara, in front of Lamar University and other colleges, just 3 minutes from Continental and Flextronics.
