Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for lots of nearby excursions, e.g. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon-land. The space This lovely cottage offers 77 beautiful square meters with living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a cozy alcove. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (1.60 m wide) and bedroom 2 a bunk bed (suitable for children). In addition, there is a cozy alcove (1.35 m wide). In total, there is room for 5 people. From both the living room and kitchen, you can enjoy a beautiful view through the large window over the water. Outside is a large garden and large wooden terrace to enjoy the summer days with sun, barbecue and cozy conversations. There is a carport for the car, and the house is located on a small, cul-de-sac, so traffic is extremely limited. The house has lightning-fast internet (fiber) and Smart TV. In January 024, a new heat pump was installed that heats up in the cold weather and can cool down in the summer if it is very hot. The heat pump can also clean the air in the house (Panasonic's NanoeX technology) if, for example, you have a pollen allergy. There are duvets and pillows in the house, but bring your own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, kitchen towels, etc. There is a kayak that guests are welcome to use. There is easy access to the water via the small beach by the house. Price includes electricity/water/heating. However, charging an electric car is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
