Cozy Studio Unit in Mandaue City

Welcome to your cozy studio unit near Ateneo de Cebu ! This is a very new condo unit along Canduman Road. The unit is peacefully facing away from the road and is on the same level as the swimming pool and the gym. Security and Front Desk Staffs are available 24/7. The space Our studio unit has a loft bed with full size mattress and a study underneath. There's also sofa bed to laze around ;) You may do light cooking in the kitchen. Utensils and cutlery are provided. There's also a 7 cu.ft. refrigerator you can use if you need to. The shower is fitted with an instant water heater so you could enjoy a relaxing hot shower. ^_^ And of course, the airconditioning unit is available for you. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool (P100 per pax) and the gym facilities up to 3 pax. Other things to note No partying allowed in side the unit please. Thank you.
