This is a unique, private, gated, secure place in the jungle. 2 km from Puerto Aventuras. We are 4 km from the Puerto Aventuras beach. Huge private land with cenotes and caves. We have a kitchen with open space downstairs and two separate bedrooms on the second floor, which we rent by the room. House has approximately 250 square meters. We don't have air-condition on the first floor just in the bedrooms.
