Our space is designed to be modern and intimate, and will offer you a productive or comfortable environment to accommodate you whether if you need to work or relax. Get updates with traffic or the weather, and even turn on the bedroom lights by voice command. The space We can provide a cozy stay for a vacationing family, offering a queen bed in one bedroom and two full beds in the other for your accommodation. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Spend time with family or friends in our newly furnished living and dining rooms or relax in our spacious backyard Guest access You will have full and sole access to two bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, the backyard, and the washer/dryer while on your stay Other things to note This property is a duplex with a shared wall. You will have your own private entrance, located on the right side of the house at the main entrance. Parking will be shared with the duplex next door. You will have tandem parking, on the right side when facing the house; one garage parking and one driveway parking immediately behind it. Minimum stay is 31 days ***As you are booking greater than a month stay, background check(s), identification(s), and completed lease will be required from all guests staying overnight upon tentative approval from host. The host has to receive these requested items no later than 48 hours following approval. No bookings will be accepted within 5 days of check-in date. Utilities will be covered for all amounts fewer than $300 per month. If usage exceeds $300 per month, the guest(s) will be responsible to cover the difference of overage.
