The space 2800 square feet of living space includes: * Top floor is a wide open living space with kitchen, dining room table, tv area. It spills out onto a brand new deck that overlooks the pool and has some views of the ocean * Middle floor has 3 bedroms and 2 full baths including master, two medium sized bedrooms with dressers and closets (one queen bed and two twins); master bedroom includes both tub and shower in bathroom and king size bed. * Lower floor has a garage with lots of space, an office with desk, computer, and printer. Second room can be used as multipurpose room. *Wifi seems to work well in all areas Guest access All areas except a few specific closets and dressers that will be marked as "owner".
