Nestled on spacious grounds, our home offers a blend of comfort and entertainment, ensuring a memorable stay for up to 27 guests. 8 tastefully decorated bedrooms with a mix of king, queen and twin-sized beds. Fresh linens and cozy bedding for a restful night's sleep. A spacious and inviting living area with ample seating for all guests. Smart TVs for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The space Main Home- Master bedroom- (2) King Sized beds, huge walk-in closet and master bathroom Living Rooms- (2) We have two living areas to enjoy Dining Rooms- (2) We have two dining areas inside the main home Kitchen- We have a beautiful, spacious kitchen with a Viking Range and Sub-Zero refrigerator and Freezer Laundry Room- Washer and Dryer available for all guests. (Please clean the lint trap after every use) Bedroom 1- Has (2) Queens, a queen couch sleeper and a full bathroom Bedroom 2- Has (3) Twins and a Jack and Jill bathroom Bedroom 3- Has (1) Twin and (1) Queen with a Jack and Jill bathroom Bedroom 4- Has (2) Queen beds and a full bathroom Notes for the Main Home- Please do not turn the A/C down past 68- the unit will stop working and freeze. It normally takes up to a week for a service appt and we would hate you to be hot during your stay. We have extra supplies under the kitchen sink and under the bathroom sinks. We have a few pool towels for our guests to use. Please DO NOT use bathroom towels for the pool. We have (2) Keurig coffee makers in the kitchen along with several appliances and lots of dishes and cups. Fireplaces- We have (3) fireplaces in the main home- there are remotes to turn the fireplaces on. ADULT USE ONLY!! Please turn them off after use. Guest Home Code for entry is 6056 (door closest to the dog run) Master bedroom- 1 Queen Sized bed and full bathroom Kitchen- Equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and essentials Bedroom 1- (2) Twin beds Bedroom 2- (3) Queen beds Laundry- We have a washer and dryer in the guest home for all guests to use. Children under the age of 16 should always be supervised. We have (4) industrial fans in the game room- please do not allow children to play with them and turn off after use. Please keep the A/C unit no lower than 68 degrees and turn off after use. Pool- Pool Cleaning Schedule- Every Monday Lounge Chairs- We have several chairs surrounding the pool for use. Please do not remove them from the pool area. We have an amazing pool that can be heated for a fee of $750. We heat the pool between the months of Oct-April. The other months do not need heating. You MUST notify us at booking if you require this feature. We have an automatic skimmer to clean the leaves off the pool between pool cleanings. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH!!! Please do not remove the skimmer from the pool. We have pool skimmers hanging on the fence should you need to use them during your stay. Please DO NOT touch the pool equipment in the secured area. There is NO Lifeguard on Duty. Swim at your own risk. It is a shallow pool, so NO DIVING ALLOWED. All children should be monitored while swimming in the pool. BBQ- We have a bbq to use during your stay. We ask that it is cleaned after every use. We have bbq supplies in the lower drawer next to the Viking range. The bbq is hooked up to a gas line so will start after being turned on and ignitor pressed. ADULT USE ONLY! Trash- Please make sure all trash is in the bins Sunday night and Thursday night. We have a service that will put the cans out on the designated days for pick-up Outside Area- We have (2) tables and (16) chairs outside along with various other areas to sit and enjoy. Fire Pit is non-operational currently. Lounge and TV area- please be sure to turn off the TV after use. There are remotes labeled on top of the mantle. Please make sure everything has been turned off after use. Please do not enter the trailer, barn or horse corral on the property. These are OFF LIMITS to all guests. The hanging lights are automatic and will turn on in the evening. The patio light switches are found on the wall in the living room. Please turn off after use. Dog Run- Please clean up after your dog and watch them while on the property. Internet- The internet is called Serenity, and the password is serenity (all lower case) We have a signal booster, so the guest home and game room have an internet connection. Please do not touch any of the equipment or it could interfere with your service. TV’s We have smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom, game room and guest house bedroom. We have DIRECTV service on the TVs in the main home and smart TVs in the guest home and game room. Please connect to your apps and enjoy. Landscaping- Service is scheduled for every Thursday We have several trees around the property and leaves tend to fall. We have provided a push broom should you need it during your stay. Please do not leave food or drinks around the pool or outside area after use. It will attract bugs and small critters. Parties and Weddings- We allow parties and weddings at the property, but all decorations must be cleaned up prior to checking out. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning fee we incur from our cleaners. An additional deposit may also be required. Guest access You have access to the complete 5-acre property. We have a horse corral and barn on the property but they are not ready for guest use. They have not been cleaned or cleared for guest use. DO NOT USE THESE AREAS.
