The space This cozy three bedroom and two bathroom home has plenty of room for your stay! You will find a relaxed atmosphere, and all the essentials you will need for a wonderful stay in Sedona, this home is the perfect getaway! Large windows bring the outdoors and amazing views in, with spacious front and back patios and minutes away from Coffee Pot Rock and hiking trails. Living Space: This spacious, inviting, and open-concept layout. The soft couches, and a beautiful dining space create the perfect hang out area! There is a flat screen smart TV with cable, and WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles and cards for hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime. The home offers A/C system, providing year-round comfort. **Note: The indoor fireplace is decorative. Please do not use. Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils. Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, highlights a plush, king-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a closet, and a lounging sofa. Second Bedroom: Features a queen-sized mattress. Third Bedroom: offers 2 twin beds The living room: Offers a full size pull out couch which will accommodates an additional two guests! Bathrooms: This home has two private bathrooms. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience. Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience. Hot Tub: There is a regularly serviced hot tub onsite for your relaxation. Washer/Dryer: The home has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest. **NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety GETTING AROUND: Located in the heart of West Sedona this home is less than a 5 minute drive to explore great food, art galleries, antique shops and unique boutique stores in Sedona. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, hiking, 4 wheeling or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay. This home is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. Arizona TPT License Number: 21517345 STR Permit # 009708 Guest access Guests have access to the entire home starting at 4:00pm with the front door keypad. Other things to note While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience! **Please respect the quiet hours between 9PM and 8AM. Although issues are rare, due to the nature of the spa, we cannot guarantee its use during your stay. The spa is cleaned & maintained on Mondays and during busy season Thursdays as well by a local spa company. They will at times make a follow up visit the next day to make sure everything looks great. Since we cannot control or guarantee their immediate assistance on spa issues we recommend you do not book the home based solely on the use of the spa. Please do not exceed the occupancy of 8 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund. If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival. Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking. We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
