Large and cozy beach house with tropical garden (palm trees, bougainvilleas, yellow bell, morning glow, hibiscus, and much more), fully furnished. Pavilion, barbecue area, clean pebble beach, very quiet location and only a few minutes drive to the nearest town, relaxing beach walks and hikes in the rainforest, fantastic sunrises and sunsets, more than 40 waterfalls to explore. Boat trips for diving and snorkeling to the Cresta de Gallo. The space The living space of this spacious beach villa is more than 200 square meters with a large terrace, two large bedrooms with bathrooms, an open kitchen and a gallery with a view of the rainforest and the mountains. An open fireplace and a beach bar with BBQ are available to guests. This house is for NON-SMOKING and self-catering only. Guest access The access to the beach and the pavilion are exclusively reserved for our guests. Other things to note Automatic scooters HONDA 110ccm and/or YAMAHA scooters 155ccm can be rented weekly. Personal pick-up of guests in Ambulong (Sibuyan Island), Batangas or Manila Airport can be offered for a fee. There is no nightlife or other amusements. As a result, it has developed into a pensioner's paradise, not suitable for small children. There are no playgrounds or places suitable for children. Very good internet via StarLink and self-sufficient power supply with photovoltaic solar panels. Smoking in the house is not allowed.
