The space This is our home and main residence, so carries all the characteristics of our life around you. The ground floor consists of a living room with an inglenook fireplace with a functioning log burner, and an old listed bread oven. Perfect for hunkering down on a cold winters evening. There is a small breakfast room with a kitchen table and seating, this leads into a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven, induction hob and microwave. Upstairs, there is one single bedroom and a larger double bedroom with a super king size bed. All the bed linen is of good quality. There is a shower room with vanity and loo. Outside, there is a very sheltered sunny patio area, with garden table and seating, a barbecue (charcoal) and a fire bowl. The washing machine and dryer are located in a shed just outside the kitchen door. Parking is free and there is always space in the lane right outside the house. Guest access The whole of the ground floor and first floor will be accessible to guests.
