Furnished tastefully & fully equipped with central a/c and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The Beach is walking distance from the Condo, literally a 2 block walk. Reef Loft has breathtaking views, watch surfers ride the waves at "La Ocho", San Juan's famous surfing spot. This apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in our beautiful city. This units include a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a gated parking spot. Other things to note House Rules: We are happy to host you! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please carefully read and adhere to these rules during your stay. Check-In & Building Access: - The Atlantis is a private, luxury, residential condominium, not a hotel. - The building concierge is not your Airbnb host. - The concierge’s role is limited to: A. Verifying your name & ID at arrival. B. Allowing elevator access to your unit floor for your first trip up. - After that, please use your provided key card or key fob (will be in your unit) to go up the elevator. - For anything related to your stay or your unit, please contact your Host directly via the Airbnb app or text. Guest Conduct & Respect for Residents : - Maximum of 4 guests per unit. - No parties, loud music, or disturbances — this is a quiet, residential community. -This is particular important during Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am, everyday. - No knocking on other apartments’ doors. - No inappropriate or loud language in elevators or common areas — families and children live here. - No shirtless men or bikini-clad women in elevators or shared spaces — shirts or cover-ups required. - Music or videos should be listened to only with earbuds or headphones in shared spaces. - No smoking in units or in common area; this includes vapes and marijuana. Parking: - Only park in your assigned parking space. - No blocking driveways, fire lanes, or other vehicles. Trash & Cleanliness: - Securely Tie all trash bags securely and dispose of them IN the trash chute located on your floor (do not leave them on the floor in the trash room). - Boxes must be flattened. Avoid placing glass or large items in the chute — use the blue recycling bin or place items next to it. - Keep hallways, elevators, and the parking garage litter-free. - Do not hang towels, clothing, or any objects from windows. Late Check-out: - Late checkout without prior approval may result in a $100 penalty per hour. - Lost key cards or key fobs replacement will incur a $150 charge. Use of Amenities: - Please respect all posted rules for shared amenities such as the gym, lobby, elevators and parking garage. Violations & Penalties: - Please note that each violation may result in a $200 fine. - Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate eviction at the discretion of the Host and Building Management. EMERGENCIES: - For emergencies, dial 911. - For any non-urgent issues with your stay, please message or text your Host. Final Note : -Atlantis is home to many professional, full-time residents and their children. We kindly ask all guests to treat the space with care and consideration.
