LOW BuDGET private room in Beirut

Private room in a shared apartment,single big bed in the room. safe/calm/central area in Furn el Chebak, 24/24 electricity (no outage) maybe u need to know that am an OCD person, adorable & super polite Bichon dog sharing too :) airport pick up between 15$ and 25$ (depends on date & timing) touristic tours services available, lebanese meals and laundry services (4-5$) have a nice stay :) Other things to note it's a cheap listing therefore dear guests are not allowed to cook becoz the rate doesn't cover the cooking expenses, no visitors. no smoking on the bed or in the room unless the room door is opened, 5$ for the laundry services, guests are required to bring all their stuff like shampoo, detergent, tissues, food, water etc... it's a plain listing where i only offer a clean room in a safe, central and calm area and a shower. plz respect the check in/out time. leaving/dropping the luggage will be considered extra night.
