No parties, loud music, events, shouting or noisy behaviour allowed. No hanging of towels or washing over balcony railing (please use drying stand provided). Please use electricity wisely (switch aircon off when leaving apartment, close patio door when aircon is in use). Close the front sliding shutters during the night and when you leave the apartment. This is for privacy and security. Also lock the glass balcony door when leaving the apartment or when you’re asleep. Please read the full set of house rules before check-in. Linen and towel change will be provided with stays 8 nights and longer on a weekly basis if so required by guest. An apartment clean can be added at a cost of R 400 per week to the guest. Long stays (longer than 15 days): An initial electricity supply of R R 500 will be loaded, thereafter the electricity will be for the guests account (pre-paid). No burning of incense sticks and candles allowed. No ‘hookah’ pipes (or similar pipes) to be smoked inside the apartment! No ‘hookah’ pipe charcoal makers allowed or switched on in the apartment! The use of crystal salt lamps are strictly prohibited! The above are serious fire hazards and are strictly forbidden. Check-out time is by 10 am unless prior arrangements for a later check-out time have been made.
