The large living room with open kitchen and pellet stove (only in winter) offers a table for 10 people and a comfortable , new corner sofa. The room offers a beautiful panoramic view thanks to large glass pads. It opens on two sides: on a terrace facing east and on a veranda facing southeast. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds and can be locked by means of doors (in a case with lock). Bedroom 1 is located in the adjacent building. In this large room there is a double and a single bed. The room is accessible via a jetty, so you can quickly get to the fresh air (the small bridge is covered). Bedroom 2 is accessible from the living room via a spiral staircase and is on the ground floor of the stable. From this bedroom, a double door leads directly to the outdoors and to a pergola with stone table, which also belongs to the property. This double door can be darkened and securely closed by means of wooden shutters. There are a total of two wet rooms in the property: the first, small one is on the upper floor directly adjacent to the living room, the second, spacious is on the ground floor - including bathtub. The 1st bedroom does not have a directly adjoining bathroom. Here, the toilet can be used by the living room. The Stalla is a carefully renovated lover's property with lots of charm. The old buildings sometimes have their lovable quirks, but they are completely within reason. People who do not expect the perfection of a new building, but who like to get involved in this type of living space, may feel right at home for this very reason. The two buildings are quiet and a bit set back at the village entrance above Dorfstrasse. The busy valley road is far below the village in a tunnel.
