This house sits essentially in a corner lot, adjacent to the wonderful fire fighters parking lot (normally empty and if you're a firefighter, can park there for free), in the corner of College Ave and St. Clair streets. This one-story historic home has an open floor plan designed to maximize every space of this 912 sq/foot gem off Mass Ave! Enjoy the welcoming and living room by day, and by night, use this space to lay the inflatable queen bed if needed. There is an electric fireplace that can be used to cozy up at night. For your convenience, there is also a remote control that will allow you to dim the living room lights and fan speeds... as a bonus, there's also one for the master bedroom! The master bedroom has a brand new, very comfortable and tall king size bed. You can also enjoy storing items in both nightstands as well as the closet and racks to the right of the bedroom. In the left side closet you'll find my clothes :) The second bedroom has a queen Murphy bed that pulls down to maximize space, enjoy the storage in the dresser located within this room. The bathroom has dual sinks and storage in the drawers and cabinet below. You will find toiletries for your trip, including a blow drier should you need it. Fresh towels will be ready for you as well and if you need extra, simply head to the laundry room where you'll find more. In the toilet room, you'll find a second closet that can be used by both, the second and main room. There's also a safe in case you need to store important and valuable items during your stay! The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and gas drier. In an emergency for something needing ironed? simply pull out the new iron and board and get going! The wash cycles range from slow to fast, for quick washes before you head out and there's complimentary soap and dryer sheets for your use. The 49" HD TV is located in the master bedroom but can be moved around if needed. You can sign in to your favorite on demand providers like Netflix, Hulu, etc. The TV works thru the Roku and internet will also provide you 100MBPS for WIFI during your stay! The living room has another TV with the same capabilities for your relaxing time! The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking ware, plates and glasses for up to 8 guests! Enjoy the amenities of a toaster, built in coffee maker, and dishwasher. The outside patio is perfect for entertaining! The built in gas grill and fireplace are one of the amenities you can enjoy while spending time outdoors, at night, simply turn on the lights (by pressing the on/off feature in remote control located in kitchen) and enjoy a fun evening in the patio! Free street parking is available across the house and around it. It is first come/first serve. Weekends tends to fill up, as best practice, lock your car during your stay! If you're looking for garage parking in downtown Indy, this home has it! It is a 1 sized small car garage that will comfortable fit small to medium sized vehicles (garage needs to be requested during booking process otherwise it may not be available). Guests have access to all the home, patio and yard. 1 Car Garage is also included!!! The green house is located directly across from the popular Mass Ave! House sits across the firefighters museum and several restaurants. Footsteps away to places like 45 degrees, Metro, Tini, the firefighters museum, Chatham Tap, Peace Water Winery, Circa Apartments and many others! Soon to come, will be directly across from the Bottle Works development! The neighborhood is a historic one with an excellent alley that makes for a wonderful evening walk to explore Indy's roots. You are about 10-15 minutes of walking distance to the monument circle and many downtown attractions. Free street parking around the neighborhood, walk to mass Ave, downtown Indy, or hop on the Indy bike sharing rides as they are within footsteps of the home! The master bedroom king bed is very comfortable but sits tall! This home has three outdoor security cameras; one is on the front porch, the second overlooks the backpatio and the third points at the garage door and monitors the garage door/alley.
