New (2023) 3-Bedroom House with Lake Access - Relax with the whole family. Our vacation house boasts three bedrooms with two queen beds and a luxurious California king. Prepare your meals in our fully stocked kitchen and enjoy your downtime with a huge television and internet access. Our property offers easy access to nearby Lake Martin, complete with a boat ramp and play area (5 minute walk). We have an outside plug for use with boats. NO PETS. Correct number of guests must be registered. The home is a 2023 16x80 high end manufactured home. The master bedroom features a brand new California King bed with two king size Sertapedic firm pillows with Allerease Maximum zippered pillow protectors. There are two additional king size Serta Hypoallergenic White Goose Feather cooling medium firmness pillows encased in Allerease zippered platinum pillow protectors (the ones in the blue shams). Blackout curtains (in all bedrooms) will ensure you wake when you are ready, not when the sun comes up. Bedrooms 2 & 3 feature queen beds with percale sheets and 2 firm Serta pillows encased in Allerease Maximum zippered pillow protectors. You will also find amenities for children in the third bedroom closet. These include a Pack N Play, baby bathtub, and potty seat. There is a toy box beside the bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes extras such as a slow cooker, bread machine, toaster, Keurig, Soda Stream, high chair, and children’s dinnerware and utensils. The living room offers a sectional sofa, large television, and hardback novels. Please do not use more beds than the number of registered guests. For example, if three beds are used, there should be at least three registered guests. Turn right on Lower Bottom Road. Turn Left onto Echo Point Road. Turn left onto Farm Loop Road. Turn right onto Creek Circle and watch for the entrance to the boat ramp area. You will see a sign warning that the area is for lot owners and their guests only. As my guest, you may use this ramp. The playground is also located here. We have two cameras located on the property. The first is the doorbell camera, which is activated when someone presses the button or when motion is detected by the camera. This camera can be used to communicate with the owner by pressing the button if needed, and clips recorded by either button presses or motion activation may be monitored to ensure the correct number of guests are on the property, the property is vacated on time, or to investigate in the event that items go missing from the property. The other camera is located outside at the back of the property and has a view of the side and back of the home. It is motion activated and can also be viewed live when needed, such as if a neighbor complains about noise.
