Beautiful house for 9 people on a 5,000-meter plot, in the Huife thermal sector, just 25 minutes from downtown Pucón and 15 minutes from Lake Caburgua, ideal for resting with the family and disconnecting from the noise of the city. We have access to the Huife River (shared), a swimming pool and a tinaja for 9 people, lagoons, terraces and grills to make your stay a dream vacation. *There is no Wi-Fi *Self-managed jar (courtesy firewood) * share Pool Bring: Towels, Shampoo and Conditioner The space Within the plot you can enjoy the local flora and fauna, finding wild ducks, kingfisher, huairao, pidenes, red woodpeckers, choroyes and if you are lucky you can see condors fly in the surrounding hills as well as native trees and fish such as rainbow trout and farios 🐟 (sport fishing is allowed, only with return). The house has 130 m/2 for you to enjoy and was built in 2021, so the facilities are completely new. Nearby you can find hot springs such as Huife, Chimera-co, and Pozones among others, horseback riding, excursions to the Huerquehue National Park, the Salto del León, the El Cañi sanctuary just 1 km away and much more. Guest access The road is completely paved, no special vehicle is required to get there. Other things to note Rules of the house at check out: - Eliminate all waste in the collection center (not doing it and will sanction with $10,000) - Entering terrace cushions - Leaving grill on the roof eaves - No smoking, alcohol or drugs in common areas
