The space The property consists of a main house and a detached annex. The main house has a full kitchen, living space, four bedrooms, and two and half baths and the annex has a full bedroom and full bathroom. Entering the ground floor, you arrive to a beautiful Italian full kitchen with a large refrigerator, gas stove, large farmhouse kitchen sink with all the necessary items. Leaving the kitchen you enter a bright, airy, and spacious living area with a large sitting couch, overlooking the garden and large swimming pool. Next to the living area is a half bath and a bedroom with a double bed. A stair case moves to the upper floor with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a double bed and down the hall is a full bath with a glass encased tile shower. Next to this bathroom, is a room for kids with bunk beds. North and west facing windows have a spectacular view of the town of Cortona. The upper floor also has an exterior door that allows access to the garden via an exterior staircase. Approximately 6m(20ft) from the main house is a spacious annex adjacent to the house with one bedroom and one full bathroom. This is currently under renovation and will have pictures soon. Other things to note Located in the heart of Tuscany, this villa is an ideal home-base to explore the region. Just a 5-10 minute drive to the main train station and Cortona. Cortona is a cultural center boasting the Etruscan Academy Museum, which includes an Archaeological Park with city fortifications and stretches of Roman roads. Also nearby: the Renaissance-era cathedral and the Diocesan Museum. Approximately 5-10 minute drive from the unit to Cortona. Centrally located: 30 min to Montepulciano, 90 min drive or 90 min train ride to Florence, one-hour drive to Siena, and two-hour train ride to Rome.
