This cozy, new, light-flooded 45sqm holiday apartment on the garden floor of a single-family house in Tieringen resort offers space for 2 adults and 1 child. Quietly located in a cul-de-sac with a southwest orientation and terrace, it is the perfect place for a relaxing break in the Swabian Alb. Families, couples, solo travelers and mechanics are warmly welcome. The space The holiday apartment consists of a bedroom, a living/dining room with an integrated kitchen and a separate bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200), a wardrobe with hangers and a smart TV. The pull-out sofa in the living area offers additional sleeping space. If desired, a travel cot for children can be set up in the bedroom The living area is furnished with a sofa and a dining area with 4 seats. A high chair can be provided upon request. A small bookshelf with a selection of different reading materials invites you to browse. The kitchen has 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, kettle, toaster, coffee press and dishwasher. Spices, coffee, cleaning products and vacuum cleaners are available free of charge. The bathroom with daylight is equipped with a sink with mirror cabinet, walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer and toilet. A small storage room offers space for supplies. Guest access Access to the apartment (separate entrance) is via stairs from the free parking space on the property. A charging station for electric vehicles is available on the property. The terrace belonging to the apartment is equipped with garden furniture. Right next to the terrace there is a play structure with a sandpit for children aged 3-10. Other things to note Please feel free to contact us at any time regarding excursion tips and recommendations for hiking routes or bicycle tours. Bicycles, strollers or skis can be left in our basement during your stay.
