The kitchen is very complete, with all the basic utensils, plus a refrigerator, cooktop and microwave for preparing food and a coffee maker. The washing machine inside the apartment is a plus. Guest access Guests, in addition to access to the apartment, can enjoy the entire infrastructure of the building, which has a swimming pool, gym, game room, laundry, party room and home. IMPORTANT: - The ballroom must be scheduled in advance, and an additional fee must be paid for its use. - The gym must also be scheduled in advance. Other things to note We offer clean bed and bath linens at check-in. Essential items (such as soap, toilet paper and detergent) are provided as a "kit" only for the day of arrival. The apartment has fast Wi-Fi! *The TV is a Smart TV, with platforms such as YouTube (it has no open channels). For monthly guests (reservations of approximately 1 month or more), it is important to note that condominium, internet and IPTU expenses are included in the stay.
