The space The vacation home is newly built and very modern, furnished with selected materials, high-quality built-in appliances and loving details. It is located in a quiet, green part of Freiberg. A maximum of two vehicles can be parked free of charge in front of the property. A modern heat pump system supplies the house with warm water and underfloor heating. A ventilation system ensures fresh air throughout the house at all times. The spacious living and dining area has large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of daylight. From here you have direct access to the furnished terrace. In the living area, you will find a smart TV (55") with satellite and Netflix connection as well as an Evoke Play Bluetooth radio. The large dining table can accommodate six people. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with appliances from Bora, Siemens and Bosch and has all amenities for a longer stay. There is also a Nespresso capsule machine and a milk frother. The vacation home has a separate laundry room, where you will find: a washing machine, dryer, iron, clothes rack, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils. The staircase leads to the three bedrooms and the spacious family bathroom. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a box spring bed 1.80 m × 2.00 m. There is also another smart TV here. The integrated dressing room offers enough space for the clothes of the whole family. A Bose Soundlink mini system is available to play your favorite music in the evening. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a box spring bed 1.80 m × 2.00 m. Here you will also find a baby crib and a desk for mobile work. Bedroom 3 also has a box-spring bed 1.80 m × 2.00 m. Another desk is available for mobile work. The spacious daylight family bathroom is equipped with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. On the spacious terrace you can relax in the comfortable lounge furniture. A freestanding dining table with six chairs invites you to linger on the terrace. A Weber grill and an umbrella are available. Guest access The guests have use of the entire house with terrace and garden. Access is via a key box attached to the property.
