The space Dining - Seating for 17 (8 at Formal Dining, 6 at Breakfast Dining, and 3 at Kitchen Island. Outdoor Dining - Seating for 8 Kitchen Patio and seating for 8 at Outdoor Kitchen/Bar Primary Bedroom (2nd Floor) - King Bed with en suite full bathroom Bedroom 2 (1st Floor) - Queen Bed with en suite three-quarter bathroom Bedroom 3 (1st Floor) - Queen Bed with a three-quarter bathroom across the hall Bedroom 4/Bunk Room (1st Floor) - 2 Full-over Queen bunk beds with a three-quarter bathroom next to the room in the billiards room. 2 Air mattresses with linens available. There is room to set up 1 air mattress in the bunk room. There is room in the billiards room for air mattresses. There is room in the Primary Bedroom for air mattresses in the bed area, office area, and/or sitting area. Guest access The entire house and property except the main garage area, the locked pantry, and the back locked closet in the Primary Bedroom upstairs. Other things to note Bring your boat to explore Salt Springs, Silver Glen, Lake George, Lake Kerr, St. Johns River, Rodman Reservoir, and the Ocklawaha River. The private marina is under 0.2 miles (at the end of the street) with trailer parking near the ramp or at the LAKEHOUSE. ADDITIONAL FEES: There is a private Marina at the end of the street. The canal is directly off of Lake George. The usage fee is $60 a day, per boat. The Property Manager is required to be present to unlock the access gate. There is a local boat ramp 10 minutes away in Salt Springs for a fee of $30 per boat, per day. It is a 5-mile run from Salt Springs to Lake George. The LAKEHOUSE does not have a private dock therefore requiring removal of vessel each day. Reach out to the host with any questions. NOTE: The marina is off-limits unless the booking guest has made arrangements before check-in with the Property Manager for boat access. Do not attempt to access the marina without the Property Manager. This is a private marina that the LAKEHOUSE has a legally binding agreement with. Liability forms MUST be signed. The ONLY way to access the M-Port Marina boat ramp is through the LAKEHOUSE Property Manager. All violators will be considered trespassing and local authorities will be notified. There are cameras on-site.
