Other things to note Upon arrival, check in with the manager's office. Note that a $30 parking fee may be required for longer stays. For added security, a recording device is installed outside our front door. (There are NO recording devices inside the property) Riverside club is currently repaving sections of the parking lot as well as repairing the tennis courts from the last hurricane. Another thing to note is due to the fact that South Florida is a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, reptiles, etc. We treat the space regularly for pests; however, it is possible that you may come across an outside critter. To help us keep the condo pest free, keep the front door closed as often as possible :)
