Guest access Urban Oasis Hideaway reminders: We have made sure to register your stay with us with the building admin. 🚩Please bring valid ID’s each one of you. This will present to the lobby upon registration. 🪪 🚩 Check in: 2pm onwards ⏰ 🚩 Check out: 12noon ⏰ 🚩 Strictly NO late checkout. (Chargeable for the excess time). ⏰ 🚩 Only registered guest allows to enter the premises (NO surprise additional guest or visitors on the day of check-in) ✅ 🚩 We required ₱1,500 for security deposit upon check-in. It serve as your deposit and if there’s any loss or damaged of items inside the unit, it shall be deducted based on the cost of items. 💵 🚩You can get the full amount of security deposit (₱1500) if the unit kept in good condition and no loss of items. 💵 🚩Pool fees: 🏊‍♀️ {Regular day -1️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ per head a day}. {Holiday- 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ per head a day}. 🚩 Swimming pool time: (6:00 AM-10:00 PM) 🚩You can avail the coupons at the admin area. ✅ 🚩 If the admin was CLOSED on that day, you have to settled the pool fees to the owner/authorized representative of the unit to the account provided for the transfer of payment, and we will send an email to the admin for the pool authorization so you can start swimming. 🚩ADMIN OPERATING HOURS: {MONDAY-FRIDAY (9am-6pm)} ⏱️ {SATURDAY half-day only (9am-1pm)} ⏱️ >CLOSED every Sunday 📴 🚩 Note: For pool usage kindly please register first the list of names to the assigned pool attendant/guard at the pool area. 🚩Please have to take a shower first in the assigned outdoor shower at the pool area before you swim. (We don’t accept CASH for the remaining balance) only GCASH or Bank transfer allows. Other things to note Hi Ma’am/Sir, please take time to read our rules during your stay with us! 😊 >Treat Urban Oasis Hideaway as much care, same as your own home. > Only registered guests are allowed. > Strictly no additional guests allowed if not registered and without authorization. >You can enjoy using all our various items, but DO NOT take them home so the next guests can also have a complete enjoyable experience as well. > Strictly NO SMOKING. There are smoking area outside the premises. Violation fee of ₱1,000.00 if not followed. > Once you entered to the unit, please take off your shoes/slippers and put them on the shoe rack. We have provided some slippers for your use. > We know that our pets like our family too. But strictly NO pets allowed. > We are all having fun but kindly refrain from making excessive noises 10 pm onwards. > Please Make sure to lock the doors and the windows when you are leaving the unit. (For your security purposes and to not let others to enter the unit without you. You are the responsible person for whatever loss or damages happened inside the unit during your stay). > Turn off all the lights and the aircon when you are leaving the premises. And unplug all wires when not in use. >Kindly advise us of any damage. Any damage or loss during your stay will be charge to you before you leave the premises. > Let’s wash any used dishes and place it to the dish drainer (The housekeeping will in charge to put those dishes inside the cabinet). > Throw the garbage in the trash bins(garbage room near FIRE EXIT). Trash bags can be found at the lower kitchen cabinet. > Check-in is 2pm onwards and strictly Check out time is 12:00 noon. So we can have time to prepare for our next guests. >NO cotton for swim attire. > Before you check out, you must wait to the lobby area, So the assigned housekeeping can check first of any loss or damage of the unit before you leave. Then will give a signal to the lobby guard or assigned person in the reception if you can leave the premises now and that’s the only time we can send back the security deposit. Thank you & Have fun!
