A digital locking safe is provided for your convenience. Both rooms have large windows, with block out blinds, and built in wardrobes. Each bedroom can comfortably accommodate a couple or two children. The sofa bed is suitable for an additional guest. The kitchen is fully functional, for short and long stays, and the free wifi QR code is located on the fridge door. The Smart 4K TV is also connected to the internet for your convenience. Some basic rules: • At any given time, the number of guests cannot exceed the number of guests of the booking. • Strictly no smoking anywhere in the apartment, including balcony and bathrooms - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If smoking results in triggering the smoke alarm, a fire brigade call out fee is $1500. • Please make sure of proper ventilation when/if cooking inside to avoid triggering the hardwired smoke alarm. Smoke alarm, when triggered, will initiate the building evacuation and alert the fire brigade .. The call out fee fro the fire brigade is $1500. • No parties or events - any evidence of parties or neighbour complaint will result in a $300 fine. • Key loss will result in a charge of $250; call out fees if you lock yourself out is $90 until 9pm. Late services, after 9pm, is unavailable. • Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Please return the keys inside the lockbox, in the mailbox.
