Short streetcar ride to Downtown, Distillery District, Little India & Beaches. The space Cozy, clean and self-contained suite is in the lower level of a 2-storey home. It has a separate entrance with keyless entry, 8-foot ceilings and very fast Bell Fibe Wi-Fi. Check-in is by entry code. The open concept space has 5 self-contained areas: 1. Den: includes couch, armchair, coffee table, TV; 2. Dining Area & Full Kitchen includes table & 2 chairs, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, kettle (coffee, tea & sugar provided), dishes, cutlery and glassware; 3. Workspace: with desk, office & chair. 4. Bedroom: includes queen-size bed, night stands, lamps (with built-in USB and electrical outlets), dresser and wardrobe/closet; 5. Bathroom: standard 3-piece with rainfall shower (glorious, roomy shower). A hair dryer is also provided. Guest access The self-contained suite has a separate entrance with keyless entry. Check-in with entry code. Walk: to all the conveniences (grocery store, drug store, beer store, liquor store), cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries, music venues (Hugh's Room, Opera House, Danforth Music Hall), parks and trails. Parking: Lots of street parking and city-run Green P parking lot in the area. A permit is required for overnight street parking which can be arranged in advance of your stay. Public Transit: TTC is around the corner. 5-minute walk to bus stops on Broadview; 5-minute walk to Dundas and Gerrard streetcars; 10-minute walk to Queen streetcar; and 20-minute walk (or 5-minute bus ride) to the subway (Broadview Station). Car: 2-minute drive to the DVP; 15-minute drive to the Toronto Eaton Centre, Union Station, and Scotiabank Arena; 30-minutes to Billy Bishop Airport; and anywhere from 30-minutes to one-hour to Toronto Pearson Airport (depending on traffic).
