Ideally designed for two to four people, this accommodation combines an industrial aesthetic with all modern amenities, offering a unique setting for your stay. -- Quiet and Safe -- Retired in an inner courtyard, away from the urban hustle and bustle, Cocoon Haven ensures perfect tranquility. The secure entrance and lack of elevator contribute to a peaceful and private environment. -- Living room and sleeping arrangements -- A spacious living room perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. Sofa convertible into a real 140 x 190 cm bed with 14 cm thick mattress. Entertainment equipment including a TV with TNT and free Wi-Fi access. -- Bedroom -- The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with high quality bedding and a large dressing room, offering a comfortable and functional space. -- Kitchen -- Open kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, various coffee machines, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. -- Bathroom -- Modern bathroom with large shower, equipped with electric towel dryer and provided with essentials such as towels, shower gel, etc. -- Parking -- Enjoy a numbered parking space, ensuring convenience and safety for your vehicle. Please note, however, that a free parking space is available just across from the apartment. If you have a 2nd vehicle, it is possible to park it on Rue Gabriel Peri for free. Check-in to the building is usually done independently, although we may sometimes be present upon check-in. We specify that the accommodation is located in a quiet small building, on the 1st floor, without elevator. In addition, the entrance to the residence and apartment are equipped with a reinforced and secure door. Other things to note The accommodation is managed by a professional concierge available daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. After confirming your reservation, we will provide you with all the information you need to answer any additional questions you may have. *THE SPACE 2 people maximum. Linens (bed, bath and kitchen) are provided as well as hygiene consumables (toilet paper, garbage bag, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher capsule, shower gel and shampoo). *RULES OF LIFE The cleaning fee includes cleaning the accommodation, changing and cleaning the linen as well as emptying the garbage. We kindly ask that you dispose of your personal waste and clean and store the dishes. In case of non-compliance, additional fees may be requested. As a concierge, our cleaning teams require advance planning. Check-in and check-out times must therefore be respected (check-in between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., check-out until 10 a.m. the same morning). If you need other time slots, please contact us to consider possible options. It is imperative to respect a strict "non-smoking" policy inside the accommodation.
