Being a loft there is a steep narrow stair case to access the bedrooms. The upstairs loft is gated for child safety. Please ensure children are supervised when in the loft. Being a loft on a garage it can get very warm, please ventilate sleep out with windows, door and use air conditioning when required. During winter this is a lovely cozy spot! There is a trampoline, sandpit and swing set on the section closer to the main dwelling which children are welcome to use. Please supervise children when using swing set.
