The space Casa Spira is located less than 10 minutes walking from the beach, main bars, and restaurants. YOUR ROOM: Room 3 is our main suite featuring a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a dedicated working space, a private sunbathing terrace with 2 sun beds, and a private coffee terrace. Bed size: Long: 202 cm / Wide: 193 cm Mattress type: Hybrid mattress, memory foam and medium firmness Each room has AC, Starlink connection, bathroom towels and beach towels. THE HOUSE: This minimalistic house composed of 4 rooms and shared spaces, was designed to integrate the commodities of modern life, details crafted by Mexican artisans, and the beauty of endemic vegetation. Shared spaces: living room, pool, kitchen, and sea view rooftop terrace (perfect for sunsets). THINGS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION: Insects and lizards are inevitable natural habitats in Puerto Escondido. Puerto Escondido is a small city in full development, where electricity or network outages may occur. The house is in the quiet area far enough from the loud bars and restaurants, however there maybe sounds of barking dogs, chicken, birds, or construction works nearby. Other things to note CLEANING: After your arrival it is possible to request basic cleaning by mornings until 1 pm from Monday to Saturday (until 12 pm) EXCEPT SUNDAYS. ONLY for stays longer than 8 days, we will change towels and sheets on the 4th day. This will help us preserve water, which is a scarce resource in Puerto Escondido. AMENITIES: You can find earplugs on the basket next to your bed. The provided shampoo and body soap are free of parabens, sulfates, and sodium chloride, and made with biodegradable ingredients to respect the local nature. Free locally sourced coffee, dedicated space in the fridge, and a box for your groceries.
