This means that we provide these items for your stay but that you'll need to supply whatever you need beyond what we supply below: • All bedding & bathroom towels • Paper towels • Dish soap • Dish washing capsules • Trash bags • Laundry detergent • Toilet paper • Bathroom essentials including bath towels, hair dryer, hand soap, & hand towels. CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee covers the basic cleaning of the villa. Please make every effort to leave the house as you found it. Our cleaning team will charge an additional fee which we’ll have to pass to you for any of the following: • Stained towels, bedsheets, bed and duvet covers, walls, furniture, or other items • Garbage pickup (garbage that is outside the trash can or trash bag) • Liquid or food spills • Any additional cleaning or treatment which delays the normal turnover of the house. TRASH: • Trash pickup is every Wednesday morning • Have trash out in trash bench by 7am but preferably the night before • Place both trash cans at the end of the driveway WIFI: Spectrum wifi is available throughout the home. BABY ITEMS: We have a pack'n play ready for use in the upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds. PARKING: There's room for 2-4 cars in the driveway and 2 more in front of the home.
