This charming home is a pleasant 15-minute stroll from the heart of downtown Oberlin. The college/conservatory, Mercy Hospital, and a great bookstore are all within a few blocks! You'll share the space with me and my roommate. I will be home throughout the duration of your stay. ** Women or couples only ** Please send me a message if you're unclear or have any questions. The space The house is over 100 years old with plenty of character. The fireplace is decorative/non-functional. There's a flat-screen TV with HDMI ports, but there's no cable or streaming services. If you bring your own cable/connection, you're welcome to hook up your laptop. Guest access You'll be staying in one bedroom, and you'll have access to the shared bathroom. Both are located on the second floor. On the ground floor, you'll have access to all shared spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen). I can make some room in my fridge/freezer for you. Please note, the only methods of cooking or re-heating are the toaster oven and induction stove/oven. There are stairs at both the front and back porches. There are no railings or ramps, and this home is not suitable for wheelchairs. During your stay I live and work here. Throughout your stay, I'm available as much or as little as you need. Other things to note *Please do not wear shoes indoors. House slippers or thick socks are recommended. *This is a non-smoking listing. Please do not smoke/vape (anything) anywhere on the property. Not even the front porch or backyard. *This house is not accessible/not ideal for folks with mobility issues. The bedroom and bathroom are both located on the second floor.
