Rain is very occasional at this time of year, which makes it even more special to live in the palapa or rest after a good dip. 🚫 Quiet house, clear rules No loud parties or drug use. Guest access 🏊‍♂️ 100% private spaces for you and yours During your stay, all areas are exclusively for you and your companions: the entire bungalow, the pool, the Jacuzzi, the furnished palapa (with living and dining room), and the large garden. No one else has access to these facilities. We, the owners, do not use them while there are guests. Privacy and tranquility guaranteed! 💧The pool is kept at room temperature. In the months of December and January the water is around 24°C, which makes it cool for swimming, sunbathing and enjoying great moments with family or friends. 🛡️ Safety and peace of mind first We are located within the Santa Fe Golf Club, a private, safe and quiet residential development, with controlled access, a security booth and 24/7 security cameras. In addition, our property has an alarm, electrified fence and video surveillance system for your complete peace of mind. 🐶 About your pets We can accommodate up to 2 medium-sized pets (up to 20 kg), as long as they are friendly, loyal and well-behaved. We only ask that you tell us a little about them before confirming your reservation. We love to receive well-behaved furry friends! Other things to note 🛒 Food, shopping, and dining options We recommend doing your main shopping at Walmart Paraíso or Chedraui Temixco (10–12 min drive). Note: they do not offer home delivery. At the Golf Club there is a restaurant open to the public, with affordable prices and pet-friendly, ideal for hassle-free dining. We also have Cuzzinando Restaurant, which offers takeaway and home delivery. If you're looking for something more typical, just 8 minutes away is Restaurante El Km 102, famous for its Mexican snacks and Restaurante El Faro, renowned for its fish and seafood. Near the property there is an OXXO type mini-supermarket, a 7-Eleven and street stalls with delicacies such as quesadillas, natural juices and pressed pork rind gorditas. Unmissable! 🚖 Local transportation There is a 24-hour taxi service in the area, in case you need to get around comfortably. ☀️ What to pack for your stay? The weather is warm and sunny, so we recommend bringing light and cool clothes. Nights can be a little cooler. Sunscreen and insect repellent are essential, especially if you plan to enjoy the garden or pool. For safety and comfort, we recommend wearing sandals at all times to avoid bites or minor accidents.
