Here the weather runs differently and you can enjoy it more. ☀️ Ideal weather In May and June, the days are quite warm (around 95 °F) and the nights are a bit cooler (70 °F). Rain is occasional at this time of year, usually at night, which makes it even more special to spend time together in the palapa or relax after a nice dip… Quiet 🚫 house, clear rules No loud parties or drug use. Safe, family and no uncomfortable distractions. Guest access 100% private 🏊‍♂️ spaces for you and yours During your stay, all areas are for exclusive use for you and your companions: the complete bungalow, the pool, the jacuzzi, the furnished palapa (with living room and dining room), and the spacious garden. No one else has access to these facilities. We the owners do not use them while there are guests. ¡Privacy and quiet guaranteed! 💧The pool is kept at ambient temperature. In May and June, the water temperature is around 29°C (84°F), making it perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying great times with family or friends. 🛡️ Safety and peace of mind before everything We are located within the Santa Fe Golf Club, a private, safe and quiet subdivision, with controlled access, surveillance booth and security cameras 24/7. Additionally, our property features alarm, electrified fence, and video surveillance system for your complete peace of mind. 🐶 About your pets We can receive up to 2 medium sized pets (up to 20kg) as long as they are friendly, loyal, and well-behaved. We only ask that you please let us know a little of them before confirming your reservation. We love to receive well-behaved furry! Other things to note 🛒 Food, shopping and eating options We recommend you do your main shopping at Walmart Paraiso or Chedraui Temixco (10–12 min drive). Note: They do not offer home delivery. At the Golf Club there is a restaurant open to the public, with affordable prices and pet-friendly, ideal for hassle-free dining. We also have Restaurante Cuzzinando, which offers take-out and home service. If you are looking for something more traditional, just 10 minutes away you will find Restaurante El Km 102, famous for its Mexican snacks; Restaurante El Faro, renowned for its seafood; Restaurante Las Asadas, known for its superb cuts of meat; Finca Las Isabeles and its excellent Mexican cuisine; and El Campestre Restaurante-Bar, with its unparalleled international cuisine. Near the property there is an OXXO type mini-supper, a 7-Eleven and street stalls with delights like quesadillas, natural juices and chicharrón pressed gorditas. Must be missed! 🚖 Local transportation There is 24-hour on-site taxi service in the area, in case you need to get around comfortably. ☀️ What to pack for your stay? The weather is hot and sunny, so we recommend bringing light and cool clothes. Nights can be a little cooler. Sunscreen and insect repellent are essential, especially if you plan on enjoying the garden or pool. For safety and comfort, we recommend using sandals at all times to avoid bites or minor accidents.
