Famous beaches like Delnor-Wiggins Pass, Clam Pass, Seagate, Lowdermilk, Naples Pier, Bear Foot and more are a short drive from the home as well as Downtown. The space The home is fully equipped, the pool area is screened and has a shaded area, the kitchen is large with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Each room has a smart TV or a Roku adapter. The location is private and you can walk or bike to the beach. Guest access The whole house is available Other things to note Some maintenance people might be around the house. The pool guy and landscaping usually go once per week. Trash pick up days are Tuesday and Friday. Recycling on Fridays. Pool heater is an extra $ 20 per day. Pets are welcome as long as they are vaccinated and licensed. There is an extra charge of $10 per day per pet.
