The space This delightful exclusive luxury retreat of 98 square meters arranged on 3 levels can comfortably accommodate 4 people in the rooms, both with private bathroom, but, on request, there is room for 3 more guests. Due to its layout full of stairs, the structure is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. In the center is the stone fireplace and a fabulous living room with a double-height ceiling that reaches up to the exposed wooden boards, while above the stone steps that "come out" of the wall you can see the large reclaimed oak table and the kitchen with a peninsula complete with all appliances and utensils. The 2 bedrooms of MALÙ Exclusive Retreat are characterized by maximum comfort and refinement in design and details. The rooms are both en-suite and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Double bedroom: 1 French bed 140×190, linen, walk-in closet, private bathroom, hairdryer. Double room on the mezzanine and overlooking the double-height room: 2 beds 80×200 (bunk beds), mezzanine, linen, built-in closet, private bathroom. MALÙ Exclusive Retreat is also equipped with a comfortable and functional Ski Room where you can comfortably store your ski equipment and have the pleasure of wearing dry boots every morning and then launching yourself back on the slopes of the beautiful setting of the Abruzzo Apennines. Guest access All spaces in the accommodation are at guests' complete disposal. The property is not suitable for infants and children up to 6 years of age.
