Come and stay in a cozy, beautifully decorated house that is also perfectly located near all major attractions such as Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Legoland, Volcano Bay and many more. The lodging As you enter the house, you will enjoy it. We spent countless hours making this house a perfect vacation home for you or your group. We include all the essential amenities, such as towels, sheets, pillows, soaps, and many other essentials to make your stay great. The pool area is inside the house and is private and south-facing, which means more hours of sunshine during the day and more fun for your family. Family activities: we have a foosball table and a pool table. There are also board games. The community also has a playground that you can enjoy. We will include the following for your stay without replacement. 1 toilet paper per bathroom (3) 1 paper towel Dish soap Soap for 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash Hand soap We advise you to prepare to bring more if your stay is long or if your group is larger. Guest access: you can park your vehicle in front of the property. However, only registered guest vehicles are allowed on the property with a maximum of 2 cars per stay. You can use the washer and dryer, which are located in the special area. There is no parking inside the garage, as we have games. Frequently Asked Questions We provide towel, linen and housekeeping service for additional long stays at a cost. Do you have a grill? Yes, we have a gas grill. The cleaning price is 25 USD and must be requested in advance During the summer the pool is constantly heated by the sun. We have enjoyed this swimming pool ourselves during this time and we notice that it is very nice and warm. It can reach 110 degrees Fahrenheit in Florida, believe me you don't want that heater on. You'll love the pool just as it is! However, we would like to take special requests into account. EXTRA GUESTS: We have a strict policy for extra guests. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people in the beds. No extra guests are allowed in the accommodation. There will be an additional charge of $20 per unauthorized guest per day. 10 guests, including the baby, is the maximum occupancy we will accommodate. No unauthorized visitors either. If you have a visitor for the day, there will be a $10 fee per guest if they are there for more than 2 hours. PARKING: Parking in the community is very limited to guests with multiple cars. Where are your surveillance cameras? They are only at the front door and one in front of the entrance. We do not have cameras inside the house or in the pool area for the privacy of our visitors. Security cameras are installed for the following reasons: - Avoid misuse of the rental (parties) - Additional security We will never use the cameras to spy on you, listen to your conversation, or intrude on your vacation. We respect your privacy and honestly don't have much time to be on the cameras like that. We monitor them when we think something suspicious is going on.
