Welcome to the Red Roof Cabin!! Conveniently located near hiking trails, the local ski hill, ATV/snowmobile trail. Perfect home away from home for outdoor enthusiasts. Peaceful and cozy with everything you need to relax in the wilderness. Enjoy a campfire with the sound of the brook. Reading a book or hanging out with friends by the flames and heat of the propane stove. 2 bedrooms plus a loft with a futon, plenty of space to spend the night. A kitchen with all the amenities. Year round access. The space 1 bedroom with a queen bed. 1 bedroom with a double bed. Living space loft with futon. 3 piece bathroom. Mini split heat pump for heat and A/C. Propane heating stove. Kitchen equipped with fridge, cooking stove and oven, microwave and a toaster oven. Keurig, kettle, coffee maker, french press for hot beverages. All the essentials for cooking and dining. Close proximity to Friars Nose and Parlee Brook Amphitheatre, popular local hikes year round. Access to ATV/ snowmobile trail is 300 feet from the property. Large driveway Other things to note Property has a fire pit with chairs, not maintained during the winter. Please follow fire ban regulations. Firewood provided. TV with fire stick including Prime and Disney+. Guests are welcome to use their own subscriptions. Please note that this is a cabin in the woods. We have a pest control service with pet-safe bait boxes set up around the exterior of the cabin for the occasional critter. We do everything we can to keep them under control and for the most part have had no issues. There is no cell service at the cabin. We have Starlink Satellite WiFi. If your cellular service provider offers it, you may turn on wifi calling to receive and make phone calls and text messages. We're on a well, there are times when there's low pressure. Water softener and filtration system for drinking water. We do not charge a pet fee, any visible damage will be at guest's cost for repairs.
