Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Guests must respect the quite hours of 9pm - 8am. No loud noise from the property allowed at any time. It is a city requirement. No parking in front of neighbors' homes. Other things to note We strive to provide a FIVE-star experience for our guests. For us to do so we kindly ask that you follow the house rules. ** Absolutely NO Smoking Inside. This includes Marijuana, Vape, Cigarettes and Cigars. Please be mindful of smoking outside and the smell carrying into the house. There is a $500 fee for smoking inside. Please dispose of all debris from smoking. ** Absolutely NO Parties; this includes small gatherings. Our properties are permitted through the city and have a maximum occupancy per the city's commercial occupancy code. If you break the NO party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit all of the money you have spent, even if it’s in the middle of your stay. Suspected parties or multiple non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by the owner. Neighborhood & city quiet hours are 9:00p - 8:00a. *****Occupancy limits are at all times of day and night, not just guests sleeping at the property.
