The main floor contains an open concept dining room and kitchen, powder room, and a spacious and comfortable living room with fireplace and TV (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+). Rounding out the main floor is the large master bedroom with an incredibly comfortable memory foam king-sized bed and a private and luxurious master bathroom. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a full bath, and a reading/board game nook. The first bedroom has ample space and is framed out with exposed beams harvested from the property (hand hewn by Civil War soldier and original builder in 1866!). It contains two comfortable memory foam beds to sleep four people. The second upstairs bedroom continues to display the charm of this old property and its temperpedic queen mattress ensures a cozy and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a double high queen air mattress that can be placed in any room. Each upstairs bedroom has an independent heating and cooling wall unit to ensure everyone enjoys their optimal sleep experience. Washer/dryer access, fridge with filtered water, dishwasher, and large gas stove are sure to make you feel right at home for short and long-term stays. Walnut Creek is at the bend in the road of a quiet neighborhood street and is surrounded by mature walnut, sycamore, oak, and ash trees stretching from the front yard to babbling creek outback. There is plenty of parking beside the house and behind the house by the barn with enough room to park a camper or trailer. You will be given an access code for the backdoor to come and go as you please. We are available through the app and respond quickly. Walnut Creek is at the bend in the road of a quiet neighborhood street and is surrounded by mature walnut, sycamore, oak, and ash trees stretching from the front yard to babbling creek outback. The property backs up to a vast amount of farmland. There is plenty of parking beside the house and behind the house by the barn with enough room to park a camper or trailer. The barn near the back of the property is home to office space used by our contractor. From time to time he and his wife may be there to collect supplies from storage and complete paper work.
