Site complete with fire pit and picnic table, illuminated by a string of solar lights. River access including boat launch area. Canoes available upon request. Tent not included. Goats on property. A great spot to setup your tent or campervan and ease into the water for a swim. let the kids/ dogs play in the shallows. A short swim across river will land you at a gravel bar island. With private boat launch access this is the perfect place to camp after a float from nearby park Buford Beach. Or launch from campsite and do some fishing in the nearby falls. There are a few groupings of trees on the property near the river. A nice spot to hang a hammock. The site has a large picnic table and a firepit for your use. Diverse wildlife and bird population. Minutes away from Harold Alexander Wildlife Management Area. Other things to note Fee structure is based in part on number of guests visiting the property.
