Cozy 35 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the raised ground floor (5 steps to access) of an ancient building in good condition. The apartment is located in Le Cure district, a quiet residential area just north of the historic center, with the renowned "Mercato delle Cure" and homonymous square. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The space The accommodation is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (two electric hobs, small fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, microwave oven, kitchenware, wine glasses), double sofa bed, TV, dining table and single raised bed; - BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink and toilet; -> LOWER LEVEL: - BEDROOM (downstairs - basement) with double bed, heat pump and wardrobe. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, A/C split (in the living room), heating, TV, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE (if you are traveling with children): - Please note the presence of stairs to access the basement room side lateral protections; - The raised bed in the living room has no side protections. Guest access The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 11:00 pm. For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to: - EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00; - EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00; - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
